
Magnolia, TX — April 2025 — The City of Magnolia is proud to announce the groundbreaking of a new Texas Roadhouse restaurant, set to open in October 2025 within the Magnolia Place Shopping Center. The groundbreaking event, held on April 8th , was hosted by the Magnolia Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and marks a significant milestone in the city’s ongoing economic development efforts.
At construction the 8,310-square-foot restaurant will offer residents and visitors a family-friendly sit-down dining experience, featuring Texas Roadhouse’s renowned hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and freshly baked bread. The addition of this popular restaurant chain is anticipated to create numerous job opportunities and serve as a catalyst for further commercial growth in the area.
