This year’s report showcases significant milestones including infrastructure expansion, new business openings, workforce development initiatives, and revitalization ofThe Stroll District. Key projects such as the Innovation District plan, Commerce Street parking improvements, and a community center feasibility study reflect our continued commitment to quality of life and economic resilience. As sales tax revenue has doubled since 2020 and small businesses continue their comeback, 4A and 4B remain dedicated to shaping Magnolia’s future — fostering a thriving economy, vibrant community spaces, and a strong sense of place for residents and businesses alike.
