The Magnolia Community Development Corporation offers a Business Improvement Grant (BIG) to support the enhancement of small scale commercial properties within the city limits. This 50% matching reimbursement grant helps fund projects such as façade upgrades, signage, landscaping, and demolition. Eligible for-profit businesses can apply year-round while funds are available. The program encourages revitalization, visual improvements, and long-term investment in Magnolia’s business community.
